Meet Giuliana Monterroza

San Diego - Based with a successful career in General Contractor , businesswoman and mother of three children, Giuliana Monterroza began her journey in the construction area in 2009 buying her first fixer upper home. Years later she bought two more properties and that is how she started her flipping business. With that experience in 2020 Giuliana opened her first company in construction commercial and residential roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, home additions. Later on, she segmented all general construction pieces by opening Munay Construction, specializing in remodels and ADUs, window installations Paint, drywall, framing and general construction overall.

Our Lead Project Manager. With a passion for construction and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Jorge brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and precision to every project he undertakes. As a seasoned industry professional, Jorge is a skilled and  detail-oriented project manager, masterful craftsman, and a friendly customer service specialist, all rolled into one.

Giuliana, as a woman in this industry, said

- " For me, it was important that I made it and that I did well, because I understand that I am setting an example for other women and that I am paving the way for other women who are interested in this industry."

Giuliana is proud to always ensure that Munay is deeply involved in community projects like the House of Peru and Niñotecas, which is a non-profit organization that is building libraries in some of the most remote areas of Peru for kids giving them a safe venue to come together and a space to read and to do art-work.

Now with more than 20 years of experience, she wants to bring to her community one of the top construction companies in the city of San Diego.
